The Google iPhone voice app angle that no one is talking about
I checked out the new voice-activated Google Mobile App for iPhone this morning. It works pretty well - not perfect - but solid.
On corporate blogging policies
John Eckman of Optaros has raised an interesting set of questions about how to blend corporate blogging with personal blogging. His post is building off of another post by Chris Brogan on the topic.
In John’s words:

I am taking the Acela train down to New York for Web 2.0 Expo this evening, so I generated gmap directions to calculate what time I should leave the office. I noticed that the directions included a few icons suggesting they had street view pictures, so I decided to check them out.

iPhone 2.0 - Two Weeks Later
I've been using the iPhone 2.0 software on my 2G iPhone for a couple of weeks now. It's time for a check in on how things are going.

I'm sure there will be an update that will speed things up a bit, but it really is disappointing that this software made it out the door in the first place. Apple has made a clear error in judgement here. Fail.
