The first day of OSBC has been really great. Just making connections with so many people from so many interesting companies has been worth the trip. And the presentations and sessions have been useful too.

Here’s a brain dump of a few things of note.

1) Matt Asay is a good guy. He introduced me to some great potential customers and partners.

Later today at OSBC, I’ll be joining a panel discussion of the results of the 2008 Future of Open Source survey led by by Michael Skok, general partner at North Bridge Venture Partners and CEOs of Ingres, MySQL, and SugarCRM.
